So grown up in fact, that he managed to get himself arrested for driving under the influence in Los Angeles on Feb. 1.

Taran Noah Smith is anything but the sweet child star he used to be. The now 27-year-old was arrested on Feb. 1 around 1 a.m. in Los Angeles for driving under the influence and possession of drugs.

Authorities noticed Smith’s 1998 silver Honda Accord parked at an angle in front of a fire hydrant, still running, on the night of the arrest and thought it looked suspicious. When the officers approached the vehicle to investigate, they noticed Smith inside the car by himself. Police believed they smelled marijuana in the car and searched the vehicle. They then discovered a stash of hash, a type of marijuana.

Smith was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was taken to Glendale jail on $10,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court March 1.
